NEIL JAMIESON | GROUP CEO

Neil offers over 20 years of experience in the satellite communications industry and has had leadership roles across Africa, Middle East and Asia. This has helped to provide the skills, vision and strategic thinking to help shape the future of both Wireless Innovation and the industry. Neils contribution to the industry and award-winning innovation is undoubtably driven by the passion to help serve and protect those who keep us safe. With a focus on public safety, and a clear vision and purpose, we focus on applying technology to solve unique problems. Neil is at home working with Australian Emergency services including fire, ambulance and police.

Recently Neil was awarded ‘Innovator of the Year’ by Cobham Satcom for his role in helping to shape the future of Satellite Push-To-Talk technology over the Inmarsat BGAN network. Neil’s cutting-edge PTT products bridge existing radio networks reducing costs and link communications networks.

RAY BARNES

Ray has extensive experience developing hardware-based software and enterprise solutions. Having developed cutting edge software such as TurboTrack and eMIMMS, Ray is highly regarded in the communications industry by the likes of Motorola and Skywave. He loves a challenge and focuses on converting customer problems into effective and efficient solutions.

Ray constantly investigates new technologies and evaluates how they align with our business focus. Ray has a wealth of knowledge across multiple platforms and development languages. He applies his drive and solution-focused approach to building on his experience with communications and information technology solutions.

THE HYPHA STORY

Hypha is a rapidly growing Australian company. Formerly known as Wireless Innovation Pty Ltd, now a subsidiary of the Hypha Group of companies. The business was founded in 2015 by Neil Jamieson (Group CEO) and Ray Barnes (Group CTO). Operations are global, with headquarters in Brisbane, Queensland and additional offices in Perth, Western Australia and Folsom, California USA.

Focused on serving the Public Safety, utility and enterprise sectors, Hypha has expanded its capabilities globally. By delivering a platform of applications and capabilities with a curated range of Hypha branded solutions, it allows agencies and organizations to operate more efficiently and safely.
